This Changes Everything

How God Transformed a Pagan Rebel into a Child of the King

This Changes Everything is the testimony of a woman who came to Christ late in life, after five decades of atheism, agnosticism, and seeking meaning in spirituality and the New Age movement. As a teen and young adult, she conformed to the culture of the 70s and 80s by partying, drinking and using drugs. Her first marriage, which included an abortion and then years of infertility, ended in divorce. A disastrous relationship with a narcissist followed, after which she finally met her Prince Charming. Their first decade of marriage was filled with plans and dreams, but the God they did not know yet had something else in store for them.

This Changes Everything is one woman’s story of bad choices, searching for truth, salvation, redemption, and submission to Jesus – just in time for the greatest trial of her life.

Words from Readers

A must read for anyone contemplating belief in God or struggling through hardship and dark places. I laughed and cried and praised God from beginning to end. Tamara’s honesty, transparency, and deep faith in the Lord Jesus Christ that sustains her through the ups and downs of life is refreshing and inspiring. She reminds us that though we will suffer here on earth, we can still live with an attitude of gratitude and continue to shine our lights for Jesus in a world that so desperately needs Him. But God!!!

Diana La Rue

A powerful and beautifully written testimony that perfectly illustrates God’s wondrous ways and the peace and joy that come from walking with Him in this world. In reading this book you see how people and events are presented in our lives to guide us ever closer to His loving embrace. This book resonates long after you turn the last page.

Debra Gonzales

This is truly an inspiring account of God’s redeeming love woven throughout every chapter. You won’t want to put it down. Relatable and riveting, so well written, this book will make you laugh, cry, and reflect on the many life lessons found within its pages. As you journey with the author, you’ll witness what it looks like to surrender to a God who has a purpose and a plan. You will want to share this moving book with your friends and family and read it again and again.
